RATES

$170 / Piano tuning

$200 / 5 Camera Video Capture per session

BOOKING
A deposit will be required to confirm all studio bookings. The deposit shall be equal to 50% of the cost of the total time booked. The deposit will be applied to your session. If your deposit is not received your time may be forfeited to another client.

CANCELLATION
Your deposit for booked time will be refunded less 10% if cancellation is made a minimum of 10 days prior to the scheduled session. If a cancellation is made less than 10 days before your session your deposit can not be refunded or applied to future bookings.

PAYMENT
Payment is required upon completion of each session. Payment may be made by cash, personal or company check, money order, Credit Card, Venmo, or Paypal. There is a 3.5% service fee for CC and Paypal payments. There is a $50 fee for returned checks.

STARTING TIME
Billing will occur from the beginning of your scheduled time or when the engineer is responding to requests from you or your band. When possible you may move-in and start setting up 30 - 45 minuted prior to your scheduled start time. Please be mindful that billing begins as soon as the engineer starts working with you in any capacity when arriving before scheduled time. This includes instrument setup, microphone placement, level setting, client data preparation, CD burning, etc. Every two hours the engineer will take a 10 minute break to relieve ear fatigue. It is in the artist’s best interest that the engineer do so.

ENDING TIME
You will be responsible to pay for the total amount of time reserved regardless of how early you end the session. If you should require additional time, the clock stops when you indicate you are finished and the equipment is no longer in use. (If a CDs are being burned or files are being backed up the clock continues to run until it is finished.) Clean up is on us. Since we understand that sessions sometimes run over, we try to schedule a 60 minute grace period between sessions. In this situation we will ask the next scheduled artist if they don't mind waiting. If this is NOT acceptable to them, we ask that you be considerate, stop your project immediately, and schedule another session. Extra time will be billed in 30 minute increments.

ADDITIONAL RATES
If you require reference CDs at the conclusion of your session, we will burn the first 3 CDs at no additional material charge, but you will be charged for the time it takes to burn them. After the first three CDs a $3 per disc materials charge will be added to your final bill. DVD’s are a flat $5 per disc. Harddrives are $100 each.

Piano Tuning
PIANO TUNING is a flat fee of $170. We will schedule our piano tuner to tune the instrument prior to your session and is usually done the day of the session.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
The client who has made the booking with us is responsible for any damage to our facilities or equipment by anyone in attendance at your session (guests and musicians).

SMOKING
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please use the trash receptacle to dispose of all cigarette butts and packaging.
